Located
42 kilometres north-east of Perth and 24 kilometres from
the Swan Valley, the picturesque rural settlement of Gidgegannup
was traditionally a farming area of horse studs, cattle
and fruit. Recently, it has attracted more innovative
farming ventures, from emus and alpacas to aquaculture,
pecans, olives and goat cheese.
