Botanical Cards Workshop

Small Print Coffee joined forces with Mekel to host a creative workshop during a lunch break, in the heart of Perth CBD!
When: 12 – 12.45pm Wednesday 24th October 2018
Where: Small Print Baker & Coffee Maker, underneath Print Hall in Brookfield Centre, Perth.
In this fun 45 min lunch workshop, we learnt basic painting techniques using watercolour inks, and then created our own greeting cards with a botanical theme to take home under the direction of Mekel.
We enjoyed a non-traditional approach to painting in this creative and relaxed class, using markers, inks and papers to create colourful artwork. This class was suitable for beginners with no experience in painting or drawing. Imagine, learning how to make simple beautifully painted cards, you’ll never have to purchase generic ones again!
What you got: Hand painted greeting cards, a small print coffee, plus a yummy baguette or salad.
